Lomond Co builds mobile applications. We're not tied to one category — we look for problems where a small team paying close attention can beat a large one, and then we build the thing.
Two products in active development, in deliberately different categories. Neither has shipped yet — we'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.
An unofficial companion app for Grand Theft Auto VI: an interactive map, guides and reference, news, trailer breakdowns, and a place to find people to play with. Built to be genuinely useful on day one of a launch that millions of people have been waiting years for.
No paywall on the map, and no ads on it either. That is a commitment, not an introductory offer.
The free tier gives you access. The paid tier remembers what you've done — tracking, pins, sync, offline.
Every map, illustration, and word is ours. No publisher assets, no leaked material, ever.
Vice Guide is an independent, unofficial companion app created by Lomond Co, LLC. Lomond Co is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Grand Theft Auto and all associated names, logos, and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are referred to here only to describe what our app is for.
A marketplace connecting hunters with landowners who offer access to private land. Public ground gets more crowded every season while a great deal of the best hunting in the country sits behind fences — owned by people who are often willing, but have no practical way to find the right person and set terms they trust.
Find and book access to property that would otherwise never be listed anywhere, with terms agreed before you arrive.
You set the price, the dates, the rules, and how many people are on your property at once.
Verified identities on both sides, written access terms, and a review history that follows every account.
Two people, two thousand miles apart, with a clear division of labor and no meetings to speak of.
Design, engineering, content, and support are all in house. Nothing is outsourced, which means nothing gets lost in translation.
A companion app for a video game and a marketplace for land access have nothing in common except that both are underserved and both reward attention to detail.
If something is free forever, we write it down and keep it. If a product hasn't shipped, we say so. Reputation compounds faster than revenue.
Lomond Co is Adam Baccam and Hays Tibbetts. We met in the summer of 2026. Two weeks later we climbed Ben Lomond together — the peak that closes off the north end of the Ogden valley — and talked the entire way up and most of the way down.
A week after that we got matching mountain tattoos. When it came time to name the company, there was really only one option.
Adam runs the business from Ogden. Hays builds the product from Louisiana. Two thousand miles hasn't changed how we work.
